ORDER SHIPMENT
Your order is shipped through the courier that we co-operate
with. You pay the cost of the shipment
ORDER DELIVERY TIME
The courier ships the orders you make from our e-shop to
you that we co-operate with, to the place that you have indicated
in 4 ? 6 workdays from the date of approval your order. The
courier delivers the products that you have ordered every
day except Sunday.
SHIPMENT TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES
The costs of shipment to foreign countries are calculated
in each case according to the zone that the country belongs
to.
FORCE MAJEURE
If there is any case of Force Majeure (like bad weather or
strikes} and we cannot proceed your order in the predefined
period of time that we have agreed, we will contact in order
to inform you and learn whether you wish to execute your order.
RESICTION OF REPONSIBILITIES
Our company does not have any responsibility concerning possible
loss that will arise from the fact that the order will not
be delivered. Moreover our e-shop retains concerning the time
of delivery of the products in cases of force majeure, in
cases where the products are not available from the particular
supplier. In these cases we inform you about the status of
your order.
PRODUCT GUARANTEE
All our products come with the guarantee of their constructor.
In case you wish to make a purchase and you have inquiries
concerning the product, the constructor, or the duration of
the offered guarantee, you can contact us through the contact
form that exists in the e-shop.
PRICING POLICY
Our e-shop contains the final prices of our products (V.
A. T. is included). Prices are defined by our company and
are competitive to the prices of the market. Our e-shop has
the right to modify the prices without any announcement. Of
course the customer pays the amount that is recorded in his/her
order no matter if the price of the product has been modified
until the date of the delivery.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS POLICY
Our e-shop enables you to return back the products for any
reason, that you are not obliged to make known to us. The
return of the products should be done into 10 workdays time
from the delivery date of your order. In order to accept the
order back we demand the following:
The goods must be in the condition that they were when you
received them. This means that that package must not be opened
and the product must not be used. Together with the product
you must return all the documents. Moreover you must return
the guarantee and of course you must not use it.
Our company suggests that you should make an initial check
during the order delivery. So that you are ensured that the
package does not have any deficiencies (broken product, or
wrong product). This check is not obligatory and does not
have to do anything with your rights. For your quicker and
better service it would be better to send together with the
product the delivery notes and the receipts.
DECLARATION OF PRODUCTS RETURN
In case you wish to return the product that you have ordered
you must complete the contact form that exists in our e-shop
and then submit the form to us.
Return Arrangement Ways
If you decide to return the products that you have purchased
you can select the way of arrangement. Our e-shop provides
the following ways:
Return of your money. The way of the return of your money
depends on the payment way that you have selected. The amount
of money will be returned either by canceling the charge of
your credit card, or by depositing the amount on the bank
account that you have indicated, or by sending a money order
if you have paid by cash on delivery.
New products Shipment. The new product may be the same or
similar to the previous or you may select another product
from our e-shop. Repair of the products that you have returned.
RETURN WAY
The return of the products is done through the courier that
we co-operate with.
Completion of the Return Process
The money return process will be completed into 30 days from
the date of return of the product. Modifications during this
period of time can be done only when you have selected a way
of return money that requires more time (like repair of the
product).
RETURN COST
Our e-shop pays the return of the products when:
The product has been delivered with delay (except of cases
of Force Majeure). The product has been delivered damaged.
The product does not have the features that are presented
in our e-shop. In any other case you pay the cost of the return.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
Our company has the right to modify the transaction terms.
Our company has the responsibility to inform directly the
contents of the text that refers to the transaction terms
whenever a change is decided. Our e-shop follows the International
and European Law for electronic commerce transaction as well
as the Law that refers to the Consumers? Protection (N 2251/
1994) that regulates the issue of sales from distance.
